Masterclass with David Cecchetto

David Cecchetto will run a workshop entitled Aural Incommunications. The class will employ auditory prostheses through a discussion of recent texts written by David.

David is Associate Professor (Critical Digital Theory) in the Department of Humanities at York University in Toronto. His monograph, titled Humanesis: Sound and Technological Posthumanism, was released in 2013 on the Posthumanities series of the University of Minnesota Press, and he is co-author (as a member of The Occulture) of Ludic Dreaming: How To Listen Away From Contemporary Technoculture (Bloomsbury Academic, 2017).
